The porch's tin roof was pulled off and thrown about 50 feet away, yet this thermometer, suspended on two nails by gravity alone, didn't even move. Also pictured here are the two generators people were generous enough to let us use to power the fridge, microwave, and such. Not that we really needed two (we alternated).
